Students at Adirondack Leadership Expeditions wake up to stunning vistas and breathtaking views of the Adirondack mountains. A hearty breakfast cooked over the campfire is followed by a group processing session and a day of hiking through the forests, streams and fields of Saranac Lake, New York. Field Supervisors join the group a minimum of two days per week. On those days students participate in individual and group counseling.

Every day presents new opportunities and experiences depending on the needs of the group, but the following is a typical day with a range of activities:
