The Aspen Outdoor “STANDING BY OUR WORK” Program provides that participants who complete an Outdoor Division program, with a minimum of a 45 day initial stay, act in accordance with the program's aftercare recommendations and meet re-enrollment criteria are eligible to re-enroll for up to 60 days, as long as they remain under the age of 18, for a fee of $2950 during the 1 year following program completion. All gear, clothing and equipment are included in this fee.

To be eligible for re-enrollment the following conditions must be met:

During the Initial Course of Treatment

• Parents must participate in the telephonic Weekly Treatment Planning.
• Parents must attend any Parent Seminars or Graduation Workshops offered.
• Parents must provide the program with a comprehensive battery of psychological and educational testing upon enrollment, that was completed less than a year prior to admission, OR purchase the optional psycho-educational testing battery.
• Discounted rates of more than ten percent are not eligible to participate

After-Care Recommendations

• Parents must adhere to the Family Contract and Discharge Summary recommendations.
• Parents and Student's must have participated in regularly scheduled* counseling sessions after program completion.

Re-enrollment Criteria

• The referring professional and program's Clinical Director must agree that re-enrollment is appropriate and meets normal admission criteria.
• Parents must complete a new application and all corresponding paperwork.
• Re-enrolling students must have a physical exam performed after arrival at the program by the supervising medical professional to be paid for by the parents.
• Any detoxification services a student needs will be met prior to re-enrollment.

Parents will remain responsible for the transportation of students to and from the program. A credit card will be required for incidental expenses. This program is not transferable, nor may be redeemed for financial remuneration.

THIS PROGRAM IS VALID FOR STUDENTS WHO ENROLL BETWEEN JULY 21, 08 & JUNE 30, 09.

* Regularly scheduled counseling must take place at a minimum of once per month and be supervised by a licensed therapist or counselor.
